During their missions, the partners often use the OKR approach, and they notice a lack of tools to support companies in the digitalization of their processes and the implementation of the OKR method.
France has lost ground in its business practices. During our consultancy missions, we identified several software solutions, mainly American, which did not suit us. We wanted a solution that was simple to deploy and, most importantly, visual. After 20 years in software development, it seemed natural to me that French solutions could include our added value to meet the needs of companies in France. This is why we created VISULT.

His international experience on four continents has enabled him to approach the management and development of people with a profound respect for cultural differences.

Philippe is an expert in the efficiency of industrial and service organizations. After having created and directed for 20 years his own consulting firm specialized in Lean Management [lien lean management], he decided to invest in performance management consulting by co-founding FDM Partners with Jacques Levy. This choice is the result of more than 30 years spent supporting companies of all sizes and activities and the observation that human well-being must be placed at the center of our managerial practices.
