The start-up, which launched VISULT at the beginning of the year, announces the release of a new version of its collaborative management platform by objective.

This version, V 1.2, brings new benefits for users, including even simpler monitoring thanks to standard or personalized reporting and better transversal collaboration.

Among the new features available, we can distinguish in particular:

  • 1-click reporting: VISULT now has a library of standard reports allowing each manager to access ready to use reports with a single click.
  • Tailor-made reporting: a reporting engine has also been developed to create all kinds of tailor-made reports.
  • Transversal management: to manage teams when the notion of hierarchy is not sufficient, VISULT allows to visualize all the contributions, whether they come from our team members or from colleagues who work on the same project.

Created by FDM Partners, VISULT ™ is a Saas application of Management by Objectives (OGSM or OKR methods) which aims to help organizations develop their business project while improving collaboration and employee engagement. We took the best of management methods by Objectives and digitized it. VISULT™ allows everyone to find their place, understand their contribution to the company’s project and develop collective intelligence.

The young start-up’s ambition is to become the first platform for collective and individual performance.

VISULT ™ is a team of 5 associates spread between Sophia Antipolis, Paris and the Basque Country. Experienced consultants, particularly in Transformations and Development of Managerial Performance, they have often used the OGSM Goal Management method in their missions.

“We felt the need to digitize the OGSM method, because using it in Excel was not very convenient, and the shared files were quickly reaching their limit. The larger the organization, the more complicated it is to have a global vision of the company’s objectives and to cascade them to the employees”, explains Jacques Levy, CEO.
