VISULT’s ecosystem is made up of various partners: some are specialists in performance management or consultants who support transformation projects. They recommend or distribute VISULT, in France and abroad.

HUMDEX is the distributor of the OGSM VISULT collaborative platform in the UK. HUMDEX helps you understand, quantify and plan the human capital needed to support your business strategy through data-driven workforce analysis.
The HUMDEX methodology is based on 3 questions:
- What talent do you have?
- What talent do you need?
- What external factors could help you attract and retain this talent?
HUMDEX analytics rely on an innovative algorithm to ensure you take the steps that will bring you the right people and skills you need.
At Humdex, we believe that the quality of data analysis is essential for good decision-making. We also believe it is important to make data-driven tools and techniques available to all. We are delighted to offer the VISULT solution, a simple digital platform for management by objectives (OGSM, OKR). Together, we can help bring speed, clarity and transparency to business processes and help companies achieve their strategic vision.
French Tech, the start-up ecosystem
“French Tech” is the french movement of startups, a unique ecosystem that brings together startups, but also investors, decision-makers and communities.
Its mission is to make France one of the most attractive countries in the world for startups that want to get started, conquer international markets and build a meaningful future.
It is therefore natural that VISULT joined the “La French Tech” movement, notably through its regional locations “French Tech Grand Paris” for the Paris office, “French Tech Pays Basque” for the Biarritz office and “French Tech Côte d’Azur” for the Sophia Antipolis office.

The HR Lab, the collaborative and disruptive ecosystem of HR innovation
The HR Lab was born from the desire of entrepreneurs to federate, to accelerate the transformation of organizations, and promote HR innovation in all its forms. The association brings together startups as well as large companies, but also investors or institutions so that all the actors of HR innovation in France can find themselves within a rich and diversified ecosystem. The HR Lab promotes synergies between its members and helps startups that innovate in HR to make themselves known. VISULT joined the HR Lab and has since participated in ecosystem events (meetings, fairs, conferences). This is an opportunity to promote VISULT Performance as VISULT HR.
The ambition of the HR Lab is: “Inspire HR to make them actors of the future of work”.
