During their missions, partners often use the OKR approach, and they note a lack of tools to support companies in the digitalization of their processes and the implementation of the OKR method.
The France has fallen behind in management methods. During our consulting missions, we had identified several software solutions, mainly American, that did not suit us. We wanted a solution that was simple to deploy, and above all very visual. After 20 years in software publishing, it seemed normal to me that French solutions could integrate our added value to meet the needs of companies located in our territory. That’s why we created VISULT.

His international experience on four continents has allowed him to approach the management and development of people with a deep respect for cultural differences.

Philippe is an expert in the efficiency of industrial and service organizations. After creating and managing his consulting company specializing in Lean Management [lien lean management]for 20 years, he wanted to invest in performance management consulting by co-founding with Jacques Levy FDM Partners. This choice is the culmination of more than 30 years spent supporting companies of all sizes and activities and the observation that human well-being must be placed at the center of our managerial practices.
