Manage and control your maintenance campaigns
Interview campaigns make it possible to follow the individual progress of each employee. Whether it is the annual evaluation interview, the annual performance interview, a mid-year interview, or the professional interview, VISULT digitizes the maintenance processes and makes it easy to launch campaigns.
The managers concerned regularly receive reminders and notifications via VISULT. HR managers no longer need to chase after interview reports, everything is centralized in the platform.
From evaluation interview to agile maintenance
We noted this in our article “Is the interview maintenance outdated? “, maintenance must now be flexible, responsive, transparent. Above all, it must become the manager’s best tool and not an annual constraint.
By allowing managers to take stock of objectives and give feedback in real time, and to offer personalized support. Maintenance becomes truly agile. It is no longer necessary to wait for a deadline to take stock, the exchanges are continuous and fluid.
Evaluating employees in an agile way means bringing much more flexibility and relevance to a useful HR process that is too often seen as boring. In VISULT, in addition to the classic interview campaigns, we have integrated a much more effective support called agile maintenance that restores all its nobility to this process.

How to launch an interview campaign in VISULT?
The interview campaign takes place in 5 stages:
Set-up
HR teams choose an interview frame from the proposed models or configure your own model.
Launch
Managers and employees are automatically notified of the dates of the maintenance campaign and the associated deadlines.
Preparation
Participants are encouraged to pre-complete the interview frame.
Interview
On the day of the interview, which can be held face-to-face or remotely, manager and employee exchange and capture their feedback and feelings in a collaborative way.
Approval
When the exchange is over, the 2 parties validate the interview.
In the event of a delay, managers and employees receive automatic notifications to remind them of the deadlines and tasks they still have to complete. HR teams receive alerts when deadlines are exceeded and can thus revive latecomers.
